SOLUTIONS MATRIX FOR SMALL and MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES
Today’s computer customers range from new users who are unsure of their needs to experienced users who know their specific hardware and software requirements. But regardless of their level of expertise, all customers want the same thing: the right combination of hardware and software that will provide a total solution--a solution that will meet both their current and future needs.
This matrix is designed to show you how Apple’s newest products can meet the needs of your customers. It lists the types of customers you may encounter in your sales efforts and suggests some of the many hardware and software configurations that might be right for them.
This document is for Apple and Apple Reseller sales personnel only and should not be distributed to customers.
PRINTING THE MATRIX:
1. Install the fonts found in the Font folder by dragging them over your internal hard disk drive System folder.
2. Install PageMaker 4.2 which is included on this CD in the Applications folder.
3. Double-click on the Solutions Matrix icon to open the document.
4. Select “Print” from the File menu.
Various printers require different drivers. Make sure that you install the printer driver when you set up each printer. The drivers come on disks with the printers.
SPECIAL HINT FOR LASER PRINTERS
To achieve best results using the new Apple laser printers and Aldus PageMaker, be sure to print with the Apple printer driver. Here’s how: Hold down the Option key, choose the File menu, and select Print.
